Why am I getting a “Could not compute value” in the AVM section?

AVM’s may not generate for a number of reasons - anything from lack of comparable sales to an unsupported property type (commercial, etc.).

Now, even if we cannot generate an accurate AVM, we will still provide as many property details as we can to the end user.  In the AVM shutter, you will still see the error message “Could not compute value”.  There is nothing wrong with Purview or your account.  The fact is, there is just not enough information to generate an AVM.
